This is very simple to solve the error. First press and hold down the BLACK copy button for 20 to 30 seconds. Then release the button. Now the printer start initialisation process. After that printer come to normal mode.
REMOVING PAPER PIECE FROM THE ROLLER ON INKJET PRINTERS
To solve this problem do the following steps
- Power off the printer
- Open the top cover
- If we can hold the paper then hold it and slowly pull out the paper, if possible use our both hands.
- If not possible to hold the paper then there is a gear in white colour on the left side of printing area. Then rotate it slowly. Now the paper just come out. Then hold it and pull out slowly while the gear rotating.
- After removing the full paper from printer, Power on printer. Now it is in fine condition.
